I haven’t done a post regarding the blog itself, so I figured I would do so now =D.
E-mail Notifications? Yes! See that orange box on the top right? It’s called an RSS feed. Click on it. RSS Feeds are the future of the Internet. Pretty soon, we will use one site to “feed” us information from multiple websites. Why go visit all your websites individually when you can have them all in once place? When you click on that, you can Get Dans Blog delivered by email. Click that and you can get updates to your e-mail whenever I post.
Can I post on your blog? I’ve had people ask me if they can write on my blog recently. I was hesitant at first, but then I opened up to the idea. You must register, there is a link on the right side as well. All registered users can comment and post. I have to accept your blog post though before it goes on the main page. When you post, your name will be shown so people don’t confuse it for something I wrote. You can blog about whatever you want, if I like it or if it’s good, I’ll accept it and it will go on the homepage with your name on it!
Can I comment on your blog? Hell ya! Comments are what keep me writing and posting stuff. I want to know people actually read this stuff. So comment. I tried making the commenting process as easy as possible and as a incentive to comment, I’ve made it possible to see who comments a lot and if you want you can have your name link to a website, either your blog or facebook. P.S. you can also include a video or audio comment. *drum roll *
Got an idea or comment? See at the top the word link? Ya, click that. You can write stuff in it and I will see it. If you got a topic idea or a random comment or suggestion thats where you do it.
And thanks to everyone who reads my blog. It’s a good feeling knowing that someone out there is reading your stuff and that your message is getting across. What started out as a fun random thing to do, became something that is part of me. I like writing and I like putting random stuff up for people to read. What a job. ;P
